Hedges For this primitive landscape the quilter used several fun techniques such as "scrunched" raw edge applique, ribbon embroidery, couched cording for the wrought iron fence, and digital mini versions of quilts she has made, printed on pretreated cotton fabric, quilted, then "hung" on the fence. All machine work.
